Books by our team

Black Indie Romance is run by Black romance authors, and some of the books we feature are written by members of our team. Any list, guide or page that includes one of those books says so near the top of the page. Team books appear where they fit the list and sit alongside books by authors we have no connection to. They are not placed at the top by default.

Affiliate links

Links to Amazon on this site may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. For our own books, we use Amazon's tracking links so we can see which pages readers find useful.

Reviews and ratings

We don't buy, sell or write fake reviews, and we don't display star ratings. Where a page includes a first-person note, someone on our team has read the book. Other entries are curated from the book's description, tropes, heat level and series details.
